IT AMOA requires a dual reading: understanding functional issues to translate them into system requirements, and managing their implementation on the business owner side. This position is intended for an experienced IT AMOA Project Manager, capable of ensuring the interface between business departments and IT teams at our Luxe and Retail clients.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As an IT AMOA Project Manager (M/F), you will support our clients in the scoping, management, and implementation of their IT projects, ensuring the link between operational needs and the technical solutions deployed. You will intervene directly at our clients' sites, alongside our project teams, as part of large-scale national and international projects.

• Ensure the business ownership (MOA) of IT projects: gathering requirements, formalizing functional requirements, and writing specifications.
• Lead scoping workshops, formalize business needs in the form of user stories, and contribute to backlog prioritization.
• Analyze and model existing processes to identify areas for improvement and impacts on the IT system.
• Write general and detailed functional specifications (SFG/SFD) in connection with technical teams.
• Manage functional testing phases: development of test plans, anomaly tracking, validation of deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholders (MOA, MOE, publishers, integrators) and lead project governance meetings.
• Ensure monitoring of schedule, budgets, and performance indicators (reporting, steering committees).
• Support change management: conducting training sessions, developing user documentation, deployment support.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective action plans.
• Contribute to business development by detecting opportunities at client sites.

With a degree from an engineering school, business school, or university with an IT / Information Systems orientation, you have at least 3 years of experience in permanent contracts (CDI) on IT AMOA missions and possess the following skills:

• Solid mastery of IT fundamentals: you are comfortable with concepts of ERP, integration flows, functional architecture, and application lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of agile methodologies and associated tools: terms like Sprint, backlog, user stories, Scrum, or Jira are part of your daily life.
• Ability to produce high-quality deliverables: functional specifications, test plans, requirement traceability matrices.
• A client-oriented posture: active listening, ability to simplify complex subjects, sense of service, and opportunity detection.
• A fluent level of English.
