The agile management of international projects requires full expertise of the project cycle, from scoping to change management. This position is intended for an experienced Agile Project Manager, capable of intervening on business or IT issues for our Luxe and Retail clients.

💡 YOUR MISSIONS

As an Agile Project Manager (M/F), you will support our clients in implementing the management and monitoring of activities to optimize their processes and evolve their SI. You will intervene directly at our clients' sites, alongside our project teams, on various issues (business or IT) within the framework of large-scale international projects.

• Choose and deploy IT solutions
• Analyze, formalize, and redesign business processes
• Facilitate workshops and gather user needs
• Write specifications and functional and technical specifications
• Forecast the resources (human, financial, technical) to be implemented
• Assistance to project management (AMOA) and end-to-end project management (planning, budgets, reporting…)
• Coordinate project teams
• Support change management (documentation, deliverables, facilitating training)
• Identify commercial opportunities

A graduate of an engineering school, business school, or university, ideally with an orientation towards IT / Digital / Information Systems, you have at least 3 years of professional experience and also possess the following skills:

• A strong appetite for product issues and information systems: terms such as roadmap, backlog, ERP, API, SI architecture, or technical integration are familiar to you.
• Good mastery of agile project management with knowledge of different ceremonies and terms such as Sprint, SCRUM, or User Stories.
• An ability to be comfortable in an international environment, with a good capacity for remote collaboration.
• A client-oriented approach: understanding needs, quality of deliverables, detection of commercial opportunities.
• A fluent level of English.

• Agile & lean methods: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, design thinking. Management of complex projects: planning, risk management, multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Change management: supporting business departments in adopting new practices.
• Analysis & diagnosis: ability to audit processes, identify friction points, and propose value creation levers.
• Leadership & communication: simplifying complex concepts, mobilizing teams, engaging sponsors and business units.
