The emergence of Microsoft Copilot Studio and the extension of AI capabilities in the Power Platform are transforming the practices of large organizations. This position is intended for an experienced Architect on the Power Platform and Copilot solutions, capable of intervening end-to-end on modular and secure architectures.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a Power Platform AI & Copilot Architect (M/F), you are the guarantor of the design, implementation, and governance of modern Microsoft solutions, including advanced uses of Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.
Architecture & technical expertise:
- Design and lead architecture workshops, technical scoping, and co-construction with business teams
- Audit existing environments and analyze client needs
- Define complex, modular, and secure Power Platform architectures (ALM, governance, DLP, performance, integrations)
- Propose and implement complete solutions based on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Entra ID, Graph API, Power BI and other Microsoft 365 building blocks
- Supervise technical implementation and guarantee the consistency of the technical proposal during projects
Steering & documentation:
- Produce and maintain technical documentation (HLD, LLD, architecture files, diagrams)
- Lead projects, supervise technical teams, and intervene in pre-sales phases
- Maintain active technological monitoring of the Microsoft environment, particularly on Power Platform and AI
AI & Copilot:
- Support clients in their AI strategy
- Define standards and best practices around AI
- Design and deploy solutions based on Microsoft Copilot Studio and Copilot for M365
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) ideally in computer science or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, in an architect role
- Confirmed expertise in the following components: PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Microsoft 365 / Teams, Power BI (good mastery), Microsoft Graph API. Solid skills in integration, security, performance, and Power Platform governance
- Significant experience or strong expertise in AI: Copilot M365, Copilot Studio, etc.
- Excellent communicator, capable of interacting with technical and business stakeholders
- Sense of service, interpersonal ease, adaptability
- Autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset, and natural leadership
- One or more Microsoft certifications are a real asset
- A Microsoft MVP title would be a plus
- Good command of English, both spoken and written (B2 level required)
