Onsite Engineer (AMK)

Maintain and troubleshoot customer ruggedized laptops when faults occur. Handle FRACA cases and respond to site issues in accordance with the agreed SLA. Perform quarterly Preventive Maintenance activities, including OS patching, SEP updates, and application updates. Support customer service requests and technical issues. Perform shift duties on a 24/7 basis as required
