SALES AND BRAND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

MDX Yachting has been the exclusive distributor of renowned international brands of nautical clothing, footwear, and equipment for more than 30 years. We represent world-famous brands such as:

…and we continuously work on developing their business and strengthening their market position in Croatia. Due to further business development, we are looking for a responsible, proactive, and motivated person to join our team and actively participate in daily operations, sales development, and the building of our brands.

Job Description

• receiving, inspecting, and preparing goods for customers
• processing and preparing orders
• communication with customers and business partners
• administrative tasks related to sales
• working in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• managing and updating content on social media
• participating in the organization of promotional activities and events
• active participation in the development and expansion of the brands we represent
• proposing new sales and marketing activities
• other tasks related to the business of MDX Yachting

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• responsibility, organization, and reliability
• self-initiative and a proactive approach to work
• developed communication skills
• proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• good knowledge of social media and digital communications
• interest in sales, marketing, and brand development
• desire for learning and professional development
• knowledge of the English language
• experience in sales, retail, or working with clothing and footwear is an advantage
