Technologist

Scope of responsibilities:

• Developing recipes for products, calculating necessary recipe parameters such as product physicochemistry, concentrations of permissible and limited product ingredients
• Developing and implementing new technologies for production and improving existing ones,
• Optimizing processes related to product manufacturing, initiating technological changes,
• Developing and preparing technological documentation for the project, including calculations
• Knowledge of legal regulations regarding labeling, production, and food trade
• Maintaining the necessary required technological documentation for the department
• Cooperation with other departments regarding the preparation and implementation of new products
• Close cooperation with the production area in solving current production issues
• Responsibility for conducting trials and introduced assortments
• Ability to make independent decisions

Requirements:

• education: higher (including bachelor's degree) - mandatory
• foreign languages: English - speaking: B2 - upper intermediate, writing: B2 - upper intermediate - mandatory
• other professions: Food Technology Technician* - mandatory
• other: Higher education - food technology
• Professional experience in the food industry in such a position is welcome, particularly in the meat industry
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP issues
• Commitment, hard work, and good organization of work in assigned tasks
• Creativity, independence, and initiative in action
• Knowledge of technological processes in the food industry, especially the meat industry
• Knowledge of the English language at B2 level
• Ability to work in a team
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite
