What we're looking for:
- Minimum 1 year experience as Host, GRO, or Customer Service (experience in restaurant, bar, or lounge is an advantage)
- Attractive appearance with professional grooming
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, friendly, and service-oriented personality
- Able to speak English (additional languages are a plus)
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills
