Sales Engineer

• Responsible for sales and promotion of products.
• Develop new markets, acquire new customers, and expand product sales.
• Conduct visits to rice mills, agricultural factories, and industrial clients.
• Gather market information and analyze competitors.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Support product demonstrations, technical communication, quotations, and sales negotiations.
• Achieve sales targets through effective customer development

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, with consistent involvement in sales activities and customer engagement.
• Strong B2B sales experience, especially in industrial products/assets.
• Experience in agricultural machinery, heavy equipment, forklifts, commercial vehicles, industrial equipment, or similar products is preferred.
• Valid Indonesian driving license required.
• Fluent in Chinese or English.
• Experience with Chinese companies would be an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Sumatra (Medan) or be based in Jakarta with frequent business trips.
