Vacancy available: Category Manager Smart Devices

• Location: Mérida
• Contract type: Full-time
• Area: Compras

What are we looking for?

• 4 years of experience in areas of Compras, Abastecimiento, Procurement, or Category Management. (Smart Devices category)
• Advanced English
• Bachelor's degree: Administración, Actuaria, Comercio internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Comercial.
• Verifiable experience in negotiation with suppliers.
• Experience in cost analysis, supplier evaluation, and purchase management.
• Experience negotiating commercial conditions and strategic agreements.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies for assigned categories.
• Manage commercial relationships with national and international suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, commercial conditions, contracts, promotions, delivery times, and benefits for the company.
• Perform market analysis, trends, competition, and category behavior.
• Evaluate suppliers and guarantee optimal conditions of cost, quality, and service.
• Manage the purchasing cycle: supplier search, quotations, negotiation, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.
• Analyze commercial and financial indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
