Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Talent Acquisition Manager London | Reports to HRD We're looking for an ambitious, data-led Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our UK hiring function in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll lead a team of TA professionals and take full ownership of our recruitment strategy, funnel performance and hiring delivery across high-volume, commercial, specialist and senior roles. What you'll own Delivering high-volume recruitment, you will have experience of doing this in previous roles

Leading, coaching and optimising a TA team, including recruiter capacity and productivity.

Owning recruitment funnel metrics including conversion, pacing, time-to-hire and source performance.

Building creative sourcing, programmatic job advertising and social hiring campaigns.

Owning our employer brand and EVP.

Designing efficient processes across both high-volume and high-touch hiring.

Maximising our ATS and using AI/automation to improve reporting, tracking and recruitment operations.

Partnering with senior stakeholders and making fast, data-led hiring decisions.

Ensuring robust UK compliance across right-to-work, screening and data protection.

What we're looking for You'll have a strong track record of leading high-volume internal recruitment at scale, alongside experience hiring commercial, specialist and senior talent. You'll be commercially minded, highly analytical and comfortable taking full ownership of targets and outcomes. Experience with ATS, RPO management, founder-led businesses and structured assessment would be a plus. Most importantly, you'll be proactive, decisive and creative - able to spot high-potential talent beyond the obvious candidate pools and build a TA function that delivers at pace.
