Treasury Manager

Join a high growth Retail business Building out the treasury function Location: Oxfordshire (hybrid) Salary: Competitive The Opportunity Mackie Myers is partnering with a growing retail organisation to recruit a Treasury Manager. Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will help manage the Group’s funding, liquidity and day-to-day treasury operations while improving the systems and controls that support an expanding business. This is a broad role for someone who enjoys combining analysis with hands-on delivery. Responsibilities Review short-term cash forecasts, identify trends and help ensure the Group has sufficient liquidity. Review intercompany funding requests and maintain related agreements in partnership with tax and legal teams. Oversee banking relationships, documentation and trade finance requirements. Support daily cash positioning and treasury operations across the Group. Prepare treasury reporting and analysis for senior leadership. Strengthen treasury controls and support the implementation and ongoing improvement of the Treasury Management System. The Successful Candidate You will bring previous treasury experience, ideally within a multinational environment. It would be advantageous if you have completed your ACT qualification. Why Join?
