Our client based in Bedfordshire, looking to hire a HR Director They seek an HR Director to lead their HR team through a period of growth Our Client My client is a well-established national business with a Head Office based in Bedfordshire. They employ over 3,000 people and are looking to acquire further businesses to grow their portfolio. The Role The HR Director will lead the people agenda and have oversight of a large HR team. Main Duties People strategy Incorporating new businesses into the group Advisor to the board The Successful Candidate The successful candidate will be a proven HR Director, ideally from a high volume blue collar background.
