Our Client Mackie Myers has partnered with an established Oxford based business to appoint a Finance Analyst to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a collaborative organisation, working closely with finance and operational teams and gaining broad exposure across financial analysis, reporting and planning. The Role Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will play an important role in providing financial insight and analysis to support business performance and decision-making. You will work across a range of reporting, planning and analytical activities, helping to ensure the business has clear, accurate and timely financial information. Main Duties Prepare regular financial analysis and management information Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Produce reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders Review financial performance and identify key trends and variances Work closely with finance and wider business teams to understand performance Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools Provide analysis to support commercial and operational decisions Assist with ad hoc financial projects and business analysis Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and financial information Support the wider finance team with ongoing analysis and reporting requirements The Successful Candidate ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Previous experience within FP&A, financial analysis or commercial finance Strong Excel and financial modelling skills Experience working within an international or multi-entity environment would be advantageous Analytical and commercially aware with good attention to detail Confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders Able to work collaboratively across different areas of the business Comfortable working with stakeholders across different functions and locations What's on Offer? £60,000 - £65,000 salary Bonus and competitive benefits package Hybrid working Broad exposure across the business Opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders Strong development and progression opportunities Supportive and collaborative finance environment
