Order Processor

Temporary Sales Order Processor Location: Shepshed, Leicestershire Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday Working Pattern: Fully office-based Contract: Temporary We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Order Processor to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Shepshed on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who is confident processing orders, working accurately with data and liaising with customers and internal teams. The Role As a Sales Order Processor, you will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from initial order through to delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Processing customer sales orders accurately and within agreed timescales

Inputting and updating order information on internal systems

Checking pricing, stock availability and delivery information

Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries and any queries

Working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse and Logistics teams

Monitoring orders and keeping customers updated on progress

Resolving order discrepancies and escalating issues where necessary

Maintaining accurate customer and order records

Responding to telephone and email enquiries

Supporting the wider administration and customer service team during busy periods

About You We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience within sales order processing, customer service, sales administration or a similar role

Is confident working with order management or ERP systems

Has good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook

Has excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Is comfortable working in a busy, deadline-driven environment

Has strong written and verbal communication skills

Is organised and able to manage multiple orders and priorities

Is confident liaising with customers and internal departments

Is available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, fully office-based in Shepshed
