Strategy Project Manager (M/F)

Come join the Strategy, Partnerships and DG Office Department, and more specifically the Strategy and Partnerships pole, whose main missions are as follows:

• Definition of the Macif strategic plan, monitoring its implementation, and managing its support
• Continuous strategic anticipation approach and regular strategic reviews
• Management of projects of a strategic or partnership nature
• Management/monitoring of strategic subsidiaries
• Office of the Macif Director General

What do we expect from you?

You will be required to carry out the following missions:

• Management and/or contribution to projects of a strategic or partnership nature: project scoping, strategic analysis, definition of orientations and recommendations, functional coordination of internal and external teams, facilitation of workshops/working meetings.
• Definition of the Macif strategic plan
• Assessment of external growth opportunities or structuring partnerships for Macif
• Carrying out prospective studies and regular strategic reviews
• Participation in the team's work on other missions within the department's scope, on an occasional basis

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) from a business school or engineering school and have a minimum of 3/4 years of experience in strategy consulting
• You possess the ability to communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders across various fields and to work in a team
• You demonstrate very good analytical, synthesis, and conceptualization skills.
• You know how to manage cross-functional projects of a strategic nature
• You are recognized for your reliability and your sense of confidentiality.

OTHER:

Proficiency in English is indispensable. Occasional travel is to be expected.
