IT Solution Domain Manager - DEV/TEST (M/F)
Within the IARD Business Solutions department, which manages the core IARD business application portfolio, you will play an essential role in the development, configuration, and optimization of the functionalities and the Guidewire software package within the MACIF environment. You will work on large business transformation projects, major structural projects bringing major and sustainable functional and technical evolutions, as well as on maintaining operational conditions and the quality and performance of the implemented solutions.
You will be required to: Participate in technical choices and the estimation of solutions to be implemented. Develop and configure system components while respecting functional and technical specifications. Diagnose and resolve technical problems in order to optimize the solution. Write and update technical documentation relating to the developments performed. Validate the proper functioning of solutions from both technical and functional perspectives. Perform unit and integration tests, and carry out necessary corrections. Ensure the maintenance in operational condition of the IS (qualification, diagnosis, and correction of incidents). Here is the profile we are looking for: Education & Experience: Minimum Bac+5 in computer science or an equivalent field, with at least 5 years of experience in the development and configuration of insurance software packages (policies and/or claims).
Technical Skills: Mastery of Java, Javascript, React JS development, and ideally knowledge of Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). Knowledge of IT tools in the CI/CD chain (e.g., GitHub). Knowledge of APD modules or the Jutro framework would be a plus. Good knowledge of Java, ReSpring, REST APIs, and MicroFrontEnd environments. Experience with Jira and Confluence tools. Familiarity with microservices architectures and relational databases. Comfortable with Google suite office tools. English
