IT Buyer (M/F)

Within the Macif Purchasing Department, you will join a team composed of 5 buyers and one manager, specializing in the IT and telecom field.

The Purchasing Department is responsible for identifying, in partnership with the relevant stakeholders, the most relevant and innovative solutions to contribute to Macif's operational efficiency, structuring the purchasing business sector, developing the purchasing policy, then disseminating best practices and managing performance in this area.

Your missions as an IT buyer?

• Implement the purchasing policy in your field with the prescribers of the various business lines or subsidiaries;
• Analyze and respond to the needs of internal clients in your purchasing field in close connection with the DSI;
• Ensure and manage the entire purchasing process for the files entrusted to you: monitoring, sourcing, call for tenders or direct negotiation, negotiation, contracting in compliance with Macif's purchasing policy;
• Manage renewals within the assigned perimeters;
• Handle any potential commercial disputes;
• Participate in managing purchasing performance and supplier risk;
• Advise and support Macif entities in implementing purchasing best practices;
• Develop a business partner relationship in a matrix environment.
• Participate in reporting on purchasing activity and communicate on your actions.

With a Bac + 4 / 5 education (business school, engineering, or MBA Achat) with a specialty in purchasing, you have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in the IT purchasing field.

You have significant experience in the acquisition of Saas and On prem software.

You are versatile across several IT purchasing domains (Software, Hardware, Prestation, Telecom).

You have a sense of service and results and are recognized for your reactivity and rigor.

You enjoy teamwork and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

You have negotiation skills and significant power of persuasion.

You have a good command of English (reading/speaking/writing).
