Responsibilities and duties
- Elaborate project plans, ensuring clarity of scope, objectives, risks, deadlines, and involved stakeholders.
- Act in project management and monitoring.
- Gather and prioritize demands, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality of deliveries.
- Conduct and monitor the implementation of systems and IA projects.
- Elaborate and monitor the risk matrix, identifying impacts, mitigators, and preventive actions throughout the project cycle.
- Support and execute activities related to cutover, ensuring a controlled transition between environments.
- Act during the hypercare period, monitoring stabilization, corrections, and post-implementation support.
- Act with a 360° vision of projects, evaluating technical, operational, and business impacts.
- Support communication between technical areas, suppliers, user areas, and executive committees.
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and interactions between modules and integrated systems.
- Ensure registration, organization, and monitoring of project documentation.
Requirements and qualifications
- Academic background in Sistemas de Informação or related areas.
- Solid experience as a Project Analyst, working on system implementation projects.
- Desirable proven experience with ERP implementation.
- Experience in the implementation of system modules.
- Experience with financial systems.
- Desirable experience with IA projects.
- Knowledge and practice in risk matrix applied to projects.
- Experience in gathering and monitoring cutover activities.
- Experience in monitoring post-implementation hypercare.
- Advanced English.
