Access: Glassdoor Come be #1MachadoMeyer!Responsibilities and dutiesAct in all the routine of judicial litigation and administrative litigation;Perform the control of the case portfolio, from publication to closure;Draft procedural documents of medium and high complexity (initial petitions, defenses, appeals, and motions);Develop procedural strategies together with leadership, focusing on risk mitigation and efficiency;Perform technical analysis of case files, decisions, and jurisprudence, identifying applicable legal theories;Monitor procedural deadlines and ensure compliance with legal obligations;Interface with internal/external clients, providing status reports and a strategic view of the cases;Participate in hearings and oral arguments, when applicable;Monitor legislative and jurisprudential changes relevant to tax litigation.Requirements and qualificationsDegree in Law, preferably between 2019 and 2022;Advanced/fluent English.Experience in Tax Law judicial litigation.Additional informationPPRHealth PlanDental planLife InsuranceMeal voucher/Food voucherTransportation voucherDaycare assistanceGympassOAB annual fee (after 12 months)
