Bilingual Export Leader (Spare Parts area) - For maternity/medical leave

A Bilingual Export Leader is requested to cover a leave of absence (6 months) in the Spare Parts area, CDMX Zone, Hybrid Scheme.

Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor's degree: International Trade, International Business, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering
• Verifiable Advanced English (a technical test will be conducted)
• SAP (indispensable)
• Advanced Excel
• High Hybrid scheme

2+ years of experience in:

• Ensuring compliance with Sales Cycles by coordinating with subsidiary clients and international markets the forecast of required spare parts to meet demand in a timely and proper manner.
• Following up on order fulfillment (Backorder) and available inventory for subsidiary clients and international markets in collaboration with the demand planning team, ensuring sales objective compliance by prioritizing delivery times and Contributed Value.
• Managing the shipment of spare parts to Clients with internal teams, logistics agents, and customs agents, ensuring that the process flows with the involved areas so that shipments are carried out in a timely and proper manner according to the shipping instructions agreed upon with clients.
• Generating comprehensive tracking and reporting of spare parts sales/fulfillment (Scorecard) by channel to validate the compliance level of target SLA's.
• Managing in a timely and proper manner the entire invoice payment process for services provided by logistics and customs operators.
• Driving the improvement and digitalization of area processes through projects (B2B, Power BI, automation of internal processes) for more efficient area performance and to improve customer service.
• Ensuring periodic result review sessions with clients and their Mabe regional commercial Manager, establishing follow-up actions and improvement of service standards and spare parts sales objectives.
• Guaranteeing compliance with the spare parts sales Budget through timely management of orders to suppliers, follow-up on requirements, and availability of order status and delivery time.
