Logistics Leader - Suchiate, Chiapas

At mabe, we are looking for a Logistics Leader to help us ensure the correct operation and distribution of products to our customers and Distribution Centers in Central America, following up on orders, inventories, carriers, and operational indicators.

What will you do?

• Follow up on purchase orders and ensure the fulfillment of billing objectives.
• Coordinate the delivery schedule and routes with carriers.
• Follow up on deliveries to customers and Distribution Centers in Central America.
• Calculate cubic capacity and transport utilization, seeking efficiencies in logistics costs.
• Manage and follow up on Distribution Center inventories.
• Prepare and analyze operational indicators and reports.
• Supervise compliance with industrial safety and quality issues.
• Coordinate and lead the personnel in charge.

What are we looking for?

• Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in logistics and distribution, ideally in retail or mass consumption companies.
• Experience in managing and scheduling carriers.
• Experience in processes related to billing and delivery notes.
• Advanced handling of Excel and Power BI.
• Experience leading work teams.
• Intermediate English.
• Desirable knowledge of SAP WMS.
