Accounts Payable Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Intermediate English
• SAP knowledge
• Advanced Excel
• Accounts payable experience

Activities:

• Execute and follow up on the complete payment cycle. Validate payment requests, supporting documentation, and corresponding approvals.
• Coordinate with Treasury the scheduling and release of payments.
• Attend to requirements and inquiries from internal clients and suppliers with a service attitude.
• Prepare payment reports, indicators, and Projections in Excel.
• Perform reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and financial controls.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and process standardization projects.
