Data Analysis Intern - Human Resources

Requirements:

• Be an active student in a degree related to data analysis (Actuaría, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Matemáticas Aplicadas, Ciencia de Datos, Ingeniería Industrial, or similar)
• Availability from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 15:00 hrs.
• Advanced English level
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros desirable)
• Management of Power BI and databases
• Interest or experience in the use of Artificial Intelligence tools
• Desirable: knowledge of SQL and Python
• Reside in CDMX
• Hybrid scheme

Activities:

• Support in the automation of processes within the Human Resources area
• Use of Artificial Intelligence tools for project development
• Administration, debugging, and maintenance of databases
• Development of training materials
• Follow-up and documentation of tests during projects
• Generation and analysis of reports
• Review, analysis, and improvement of dashboards in Power BI
• Generation of scenarios for different modules (onboarding, development and succession, among others)
