Project Engineer Construction (Office Building)
Job Details
1) Office, Facility Management, and Maintenance and Repair Works
- Plan and control maintenance and repair works
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers
- Inspect safety, electrical systems, plumbing, elevators, and building systems
2) Asset Management Section
2.1 Oversee office buildings, condos, apartments, or rental spaces and plan space utilization for maximum benefit
2.2 Tenant Management
- Find tenants for organizational assets or project owners
- Manage tenant relations, receive complaints, and resolve issues
- Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and control contract compliance
- Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs
2.3 Budget and Revenue Management
- Prepare and control asset-related budgets
- Track rent, expenses, and income-expenditure
- Prepare asset status and performance reports
- Suggest guidelines for improvement, development, or renovation
2.4 Legal and Safety Works
- Coordinate regarding contracts, requirements, and compliance with relevant laws
- Oversee compliance with building laws and related regulations
- Coordinate regarding contracts, insurance, and various licenses
- Control safety standards, occupational health, and the working environment
3) Administrative Management
- Plan, control, and develop all administrative tasks, including maids and drivers
- Oversee buildings, offices, office equipment, and company assets
- Control administrative expenses within budget and maintain the value and image of assets
4) Procurement and Supplier Management
- Select, evaluate, and contact vendors/service providers
- Negotiate prices and contract terms
- Inspect the quality of goods and services
5) Management and Executive Support
- Coordinate internally and externally within the organization
- Oversee organizational activities, events, and reception tasks
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related fields Experience in overseeing construction, maintenance, controlling repair and construction works for buildings, office technicians, or rental projects Knowledge and skills in real estate Experience in management, office project control, or asset management Interpersonal skills, leadership, high responsibility, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; meticulous and systematic Able to drive a car proficiently and hold a driver's license; able to work off-site or manage multiple areas Able to work Monday - Saturday - Special bonus will be considered Able to work and communicate fluently in English
