We are looking for an Integrated Management System Assistant to join our team at Ma Baker and Chef. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality and food safety management systems in accordance with ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 standards. Your work will be essential to ensure that all processes in our company comply with the highest standards of quality and food safety.

Your tasks

Your responsibilities will include reviewing and updating management procedures, supervising necessary documentation, and coordinating with different departments to ensure compliance with ISO standards. Additionally, you will be the point of contact for internal and external audits, facilitating communication and the follow-up of results.

Requirements

Key requirements for this position include a solid understanding of ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 standards, as well as previous experience in a quality systems management environment. You must be meticulous, with the ability to work under pressure and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team are also essential.
