Outlet Manager 分店经理

Your tasks

• Manage the day-to-day workactivities of the employees to ensure proper coverage, and plan and assign work

• Communicate and enforcepolicies and procedures

• Ensure all staff areproperly trained, and certified as required, and have the tools and equipmentneeded to effectively carry out their job

• Oversee the daily operationsof outlet for efficient operations

• Ensure good and promptservice to satisfy customers' needs

• Ensure outlet compliance toall authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness,and workplace safety guidelines

• Ensure outlet compliance toCompany’s regulations such as sales reporting, cash management and inventorycontrol

• Drive & exceedindividual & store targets

• Provide excellent customerservice

• Lead and supervise frontlinestaff, conduct briefing sessions on company procedures and policies

• Evaluate sales and workperformance of frontline staff

• Ensure frontline staff arewell trained in their service delivery, sales techniques, and product knowledge

• Guiding and training newstaff members to promote internal growth

Requirements

Job Requirements

• Good interpersonal andcommunication skills

• Good leadership and peoplemanagement skills

• Able to manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced work environment

• Proficient in MicrosoftOffice software

• Managers specializing inSales - Retail / General, Spa and Wellness would be a plus

• Must be able to communicatewith English & Chinese speaking customers (to provide consultation andrecommend suitable treatments to English and Chinese speaking customers.)

• Able to commit to workingretail hours on weekdays (10.45am-9pm) and weekends/public holidays(9.45am-6pm)
