Cloud Engineer

M1 Technology, LLC is seeking a Cloud Engineer to join one of our subsidiaries in Bethesda, Maryland.

Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with Polygraph

Key Responsibilities:

Constructing and administering unclassified and classified commercial cloud environments.

Defining of cloud requirements; developing architecture diagrams to support an approved Authority to Develop (ATD) determination

Rolling out, delivering, and setting up the underlying cloud environment

Developing the final system design to support an approved Authority to Operate (ATO) determination

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a technical field

Security+ certification (or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification

5 or more years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters' degree or PhD in degree in computer science or a related technical field

4 or more years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary research and development (R&D) or Test and Evaluation (T&E) team

1 or more year of experience as a Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager
