YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed technical training, e.g., HTL, technical college, apprenticeship with corresponding professional experience, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, technical service, customer service, or mechatronics
• Strong service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment in working with international customers
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Technical support and consultation for our international customers and our branches via telephone, email, and remote support
• Processing and coordination of service requests, repair orders, and spare parts inquiries
• Support in the optimization of existing plants as well as in technical improvement and retrofit projects
• Participation in the further development of service processes, documentation, internal workflows, and digital service tools

REMUNERATION:

Adequate pay depends on the respective industry as well as the education, qualification, and professional experience of the applicants; thus, an overpayment of the minimum salary of EUR 3,100 gross per month on a full-time basis is possible for this position.
