Application Engineer/Manager

Base salary: €3,900.00 per month

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed technical or IT-oriented education (HTL, FH, University)
• Professional experience in a relevant environment desirable
• Experience in Requirements Engineering as well as in dealing with specialist departments
• Understanding of data models, workflows, and system architectures
• Ideally experience with Low-Code platforms (e.g., Fabasoft)
• Very good English skills, German is an advantage
• Willingness to travel 10%

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Support and maintenance of a form-based software solution in ongoing operation
• Analysis and rectification of errors as well as Incident Management
• Contact person for Key Users as well as coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Recording, structuring, and coordination of requirements with specialist departments
• Creation of User Stories for the further development of the application
• Execution of tests (functional & integrative) as well as quality assurance before production launch
• Support during User Acceptance Tests (UAT)
• Building a deep system understanding (data model, configuration, dependencies)
• Evaluation of changes and their impact on the overall system
• Support and understanding of interfaces to connected systems
• Ensuring stable and consistent data flows

REMUNERATION: Adequate pay depends on the respective education, qualification, and professional experience of the applicants; therefore, an overpayment of the minimum base salary of EUR 3,900 gross per month is possible for this position.
