Production Machine Operator 2 Shifts

For our facilities in Boxtel , we are looking for: Production Machine Operator 2 Shifts As a Production Operator, you are responsible for the setup section of the snack production lines. You set up, operate and monitor the production equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials and machinery are available and functioning according to the prescribed procedures. This means that you will check if the correct: Raw materials Packaging materials Human resources are available. Additionally, you will be responsible for the correct setup, adjustment and startup of the production line. During production, you will monitor the operation of the machines and adjust parameters such as speed or temperature when necessary. You will also check the produced products in terms of: Product quality Weight Quantities Visual appearance Product shape You will record production data, such as quality, quantities and the technical status of the equipment, following the work instructions and company procedures.

The work is carried out based on a daily production schedule, which determines which product will be produced. Each production line has a facility layout diagram that clearly shows which machines are required and in what order they must be assembled. You will assemble the production line according to this plan and then check if everything is clean and correctly positioned. Once the check is completed and approved, the line operation begins. This position comes with a high level of responsibility. You are personally responsible for: The correct setup of the production line Performing checks and inspections Maintaining a safe and clean production process The setup and inspection process takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Production then begins and you ensure that the products are processed correctly and meet all quality standards. Working Hours You will work in a 2-shift system: Morning Shift 06:00 – 15:00 Afternoon / Night Shift 15:00 – 00:00 Required Qualifications: You are proactive and quality-oriented You possess technical knowledge or 2 years of experience in a similar role You have a hands-on mentality You collaborate effectively with colleagues You are willing to work in a 2-shift system You have experience in the food industry Possession of a valid Category B driver's license You have a good knowledge of the English language You have a Greek identity card or European passport (the Greek identity card must be at most 5 years old and intact)
