Armenia Odoo Development and Support Analyst

Are you passionate about Odoo, solving problems, and improving processes? We are looking for someone who wants to take on a key role in the technological continuity of M&S Vitamins.

What will you do?

You will be the main Odoo support point for the company: you will diagnose and resolve incidents, manage users and permissions, correct data and custom module code, assist users, and document solutions. You will also participate in process improvement and automation.

A differentiator of the position: we use generative AI as a daily co-pilot to diagnose, review code, and document solutions, always with technical validation.

We are looking for:

Professional or technologist in Systems, Software, Industrial with an emphasis on systems, or related careers, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in functional support and corrective maintenance of ERP. It is important to have experience in functional Odoo, and desirable technical experience with Python, SQL, Git, permissions, and access rules. Intermediate English for technical reading.

We are looking for a person who is: analytical, organized, autonomous, service-oriented, with the ability to prioritize, solve problems, work under pressure, and communicate clearly with non-technical users.

Modality: 100% remote
