Project Procurement Manager – consulting assignment in Malmö or Karlskrona

Do you want to take overall responsibility for complex subcontractor agreements in international projects? We are looking for a senior Project Procurement Manager for a consulting assignment located in Malmö or Karlskrona.

About the assignment

You are responsible for the procurement and contracting of offshore and onshore installation services. The role involves close collaboration with project management, legal, technical departments, and suppliers to ensure commercial, qualitative, and timely results.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Drive the projects' subcontracting activities from strategy and market analysis to agreements.
• Secure cost-effective and safe subcontractor solutions in line with project needs.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms together with legal specialists.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and suppliers in a cross-functional project environment.
• Understand and manage technical scope, delivery plans, risks, and procurement milestones.

We are looking for you who

• Have senior experience in procurement or sourcing, including complex subcontracting.
• Have documented experience in commercial negotiations and contract work.
• Have project management experience from cross-functional organizations.
• Have a master's degree in economics, engineering, business, or equivalent.
• Communicate professionally in English.
• Can travel regularly within Sweden and internationally.

Start: Immediate, by agreement

Period: Until June 30, 2027

Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Location: Malmö or Karlskrona, on-site work and travel occur
