What you will do

We are looking for a working recruiter / intercedent for the region Zwolle, Apeldoorn, Deventer, Hengelo and Enschede.

In this position, you combine recruitment and contact with candidates and clients with practical work on location. One day you are busy searching for and speaking with new employees, the next day you are present at a client's location to guide employees or work alongside them yourself. You will receive a lot of freedom and responsibility and help us to put M-Ployee further on the map outside of Noord-Nederland.

No two days have to be the same. You will be involved in, among other things:

• Searching for and approaching suitable candidates
• Conducting application and introductory interviews
• Maintaining contact with candidates and employees
• Maintaining contact with our clients
• Guiding employees at various work locations
• Regularly working alongside our clients yourself
• Identifying where extra support or personnel is needed
• Representing M-Ployee to candidates and clients
• Thinking along about how we can further expand our services in the region

You work independently in your region, but of course, you are in close contact with your colleagues from M-Ployee.
