Ihre Verantwortung
In Ihrer Rolle als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) Fachrichtung NC/konventionell Bohren sind Sie für die Bearbeitung von Bohrbearbeitungsaufträgen, Pflege, Wartung und vorbeugende Instandhaltung der Maschine verantwortlich.
Selbstständiges Programmieren, Rüsten, Einrichten der Maschine
Herstellen von Fertigungsteilen nach Zeichnung und Arbeitsplan.
Entgraten und manuelles Nachbearbeiten der hergestellten Teile.
Eigenverantwortliche Qualitätskontrolle (gem. Anweisung Werker-Selbstprüfung)
Durchführung vorgegebener Prüfungen nach Arbeitsplan
Richtige Bedienung des Maschinendatenerfassungssystems (Coscom)
Korrektur von Fehlern nach Absprache mit dem Vorgesetzten
Zusammenstellung und Kennzeichnung von Material zum nachfolgenden Fertigungsvorgang
Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften, Ordnung und Sauberkeit
Durchführung der regelmäßigen Wartungen nach Wartungsplan
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf vorzugsweise Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens auf B1-Niveau) sind erforderlich
Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Mess- und Prüfmittel
Bereitschaft zum Schichtbetrieb
