- Receipt and processing of customer inquiries as well as orders in spare parts sales
- Independent order processing in the SAP system
- Determination and coordination of prices and delivery times
- Processing of complaints and returns
- Technical clarification in cooperation with the responsible specialist departments
- Creation of credit notes and debit notes
- Ensuring on-time and customer-oriented order processing
M.E.H.R. Competence
- Completed training as Industriekaufmann or Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann m/f/d
- SAP and MS Office skills
- English language skills
