Responsibilities: Masterful Logistics Management: Oversee and optimize daily logistics operations, including order fulfillment, shipping coordination with partners like bosta , and inventory movement.

E-commerce Platform Expertise: Manage and maintain our Shopify store's operational flow, ensuring product availability and accurate order processing.

Administrative Excellence: Provide crucial administrative support, including data entry, report generation, and document management using Microsoft Office suite.

Fashion Retail Focus: Ensure all operational activities align with the specific demands and fast-moving trends of the Fashion Retail industry.

Problem Solver: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, striving for continuous improvement and efficiency.

Coordination & Communication: Act as a central point of contact, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Customer service Manage the customer service team: order confirmation calls, WhatsApp and social media inquiries, complaints, exchanges and refunds.

Set response-time standards and scripts, and make sure every case is followed through to the end.

Share recurring customer issues (sizing, quality, delivery) with management.

Warehouse Manage the warehouse team and the daily picking, packing and dispatch process.

Keep Shopify stock levels matching what's physically in the warehouse, with regular stock counts.

Receive new production and fabric deliveries, check quantities and quality, and log them accurately.

Keep returns handled promptly: inspect them, restock them and update the system.
