The role includes managing a team in software support, supporting existing customers, and organizing service, operation, and change processes. The focus is on stable processes, high service quality, and reliable cooperation with internal specialist departments and external contact persons.

Team Leader Software Support Automation (m/f/d)

Tasks: Technical and disciplinary leadership of a team in the area of software support and software development within a matrix organization Organization and management of customer support, including customer appointments, training, on-call duty, and resource coordination Responsibility for cost center and personnel planning Organization and further development of life-cycle support for complex software solutions Coordination of commissioning, go-lives, and startup support domestically and abroad Creation, review, and management of change requests as well as ensuring quality-compliant implementation Support and processing of change requests for existing customers Management and coordination of software projects in the service environment Continuous optimization of support, service, and operation processes

Requirements: Several years of professional experience as a team leader with personnel responsibility, ideally at least five years Several years of experience in software support or existing customer support Experience in 2nd-level support as well as in the environment of 24/7 on-call duties Good understanding of automation, logistics, or industrial software processes Ideally knowledge of service and process management methods, e.g., ITIL High service and customer orientation as well as strong communication skills Independent and self-reliant way of working Assertiveness as well as a team- and result-oriented leadership style Good English skills in speaking and writing Willingness to travel domestically and abroad of approx. 30 % Willingness for continuous professional and personal development
