Job Summary We are seeking a hands-on Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate workers and subcontractors, monitor progress, ensure quality and safety, and support project completion on schedule and to specifications. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance activities at project sites to ensure adherence to plans and standards Coordinate and manage workers and subcontractors to optimize site productivity and workflow Monitor work progress and identify site issues to implement timely solutions and follow up on outstanding tasks Ensure construction work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations to maintain a safe workplace Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, site coordinators, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to align activities and resolve challenges Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution in an active construction environment
