Commercial Assistant - Customer Service

Currently, we are looking for a Commercial Assistant - Customer Service to join our commercial team and be a key piece in the follow-up and satisfaction of our global clients.

What will your main functions be?

*Order follow-up: Monitor the status of orders from the entry of the order to the final dispatch. *Internal coordination: Work hand in hand with the design, product development, and production areas to ensure that tech packs are met. *Customer service: Respond in a timely manner to inquiries, requirements, and production status requested by our clients abroad. *Document management: Organize all information and documents sent by clients according to the scheme established by the company. Support the preparation of quotations, sales reports, and commercial documentation necessary for export.

What profile are we looking for? (Requirements)

*Studies: Technical or university degree in Administration, International Business, Textile Engineering, or related fields. *Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years in similar positions, ideally within the textile, garment, or export industry. *Languages: Advanced English (Indispensable): Negotiation capacity, email writing, and fluency for meetings with international clients. *Digital Office Tools: Mastery of Excel at an intermediate/advanced level (use of pivot tables, data crossing) for reports. Management of ERPs and platforms such as Google Workspace and Asana. *Competencies: High organizational capacity, assertive communication, attention to detail, and results orientation. *Textile Knowledge: Interpretation of Tech Packs, knowledge of fabrics (knit/woven) and textile and garment terminology.
