  • Estimation of parts and tooling: you set the price of injected parts by taking into account all parameters (material, cycle time, production means, assembly, packaging, logistics, investments). You also estimate molds and assembly means with mold makers and special machine manufacturers from the panel.
  • Techno-economic optimization: you propose the most relevant technical solutions to control costs, quality, and industrialization. You analyze and challenge supplier offers.
  • Relations with clients, suppliers, and internal teams: you participate in technical exchanges, project reviews, and steering meetings. You provide sales teams with reliable and reasoned estimates.
  • Continuous improvement: you maintain the estimation databases and draw lessons from each project to increase reliability and response speed.

You are well-versed in thermoplastic injection, mold design, and industrialization challenges. You master the estimation parameters of a plastic part and know how to build reliable scenarios to respond to client tenders. You are comfortable with Excel, an ERP, estimation tools, and client platforms. You speak technical and professional English.
