IT Project Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Lynx RH Yvelines, a human-sized recruitment and staffing agency, is recruiting for one of its clients a Business Project Manager (M/F), based in Trappes (78). Our team of consultants dedicated to support functions will provide you with advice, expertise, and kindness throughout the recruitment process.

You will be accompanied by a single point of contact throughout the process in order to create a qualitative and trusting approach. Your missions:

A recognized international company, our client operates in a demanding industrial and commercial environment. Present on a global scale, it supports the distribution of high value-added technical products and actively pursues the modernization of its information system.

Reporting to the Responsable des Systèmes d'Information, your mission will be to ensure alignment between business needs and IT solutions, while supporting the company's digital transformation projects.

Business Architecture and IT Urbanization***Map and structure business processes to guarantee a coherent vision of activities. Design and evolve business services within the framework of digital transformation projects. Analyze the functional impacts of information system evolutions on different business lines. Guarantee the adequacy between operational needs and the implemented application solutions. Lead functional evolutions in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Needs Analysis and Project Management***Support business teams in gathering and formalizing their needs, from functional expression to specifications. Be proactive in proposing solutions to be implemented while ensuring compliance with security and compliance requirements. Coordinate all stakeholders and manage IT projects transversally (prioritization, governance, action tracking, and interface between business and IT).

Digital Transformation***Actively participate in the company's digital transformation projects. Evaluate the organizational and functional impacts of evolutions and formulate appropriate recommendations.

Governance and Steering***Support the Responsable des Systèmes d'Information in steering IT projects, ensuring their consistency with the company strategy. Contribute to IT budget monitoring and the proper allocation of resources.

Performance Monitoring***Define and monitor project performance indicators. Analyze variances, produce reporting, and maintain a watch on best practices and technological evolutions.

Continuous Improvement and Risk Management***Identify, anticipate, and monitor project-related risks. Implement a continuous improvement approach by capitalizing on feedback to strengthen the quality, performance, and security of projects.

Profile Description:

Prerequisites

• Understanding of business challenges, process modeling, and functional analysis. Knowledge of business mapping, mastery of application and data architectures, integration (API, ESB), agile environments, and cloud/security issues. Knowledge of standards and regulations (RGPD, ISO 9001 / 27001). Communication, pedagogy, transverse leadership, and the ability to unite multidisciplinary teams. Analytical and synthesis skills, solution-oriented. Languages: fluent English (read, written, spoken). Sought Profile:
• Master's degree (Bac+5) with 8 to 10 years of experience in project management within a structured environment. TOGAF Certification / Architecture Framework or BPM appreciated.
