Your missions***Lead development projects:

• You coordinate design projects, from the analysis of customer needs to production launch, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, deadline, and environmental objectives.
• Design and develop technical solutions:
• You prepare technical files, propose innovative solutions, and lead multidisciplinary project teams to ensure the success of developments.
• Support product industrialization:
• You participate in the creation of prototypes, validate technical files and BOMs, and ensure the creation of new items.
• Guarantee the product life cycle:
• You manage the technical evolutions of industrialized products, estimate the costs of new variants, coordinate technical modifications, and validate deviation requests.

Profile Description:

Profile sought***Background and training:

• You are a graduate of an engineering school in mechanics or an equivalent training program.
• You have at least 3 years of experience (excluding work-study) in technical project management within a design office in an industrial environment.
• You master product development and industrialization processes.
• You have a professional level of English allowing you to operate in a technical context.
• Your personality:
• You enjoy teamwork and know how to bring different stakeholders together around a project.
• You demonstrate rigor, organization, and agility to manage several subjects in parallel.
• You are recognized for your analytical capacity, your sense of priorities, and your initiative.
