Export Assistant M/F
LYNX RH Serris is looking for an Export Assistant M/F for its client, a leading company in the international distribution of high-tech products. Present on all continents, this company distinguishes itself through its innovation, its commitment to quality, and its rigorous customer service. We are looking for new talent to join their team in Marne-la-Vallée on a temporary basis for a period of 4 months.
As an Export Assistant M/F, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring export orders, from receipt to final delivery. You will play a key role in the development of our international business by ensuring excellent coordination between the various actors in the logistics and commercial chain.
Your missions
Manage export orders from receipt to delivery. Ensure the administrative and logistical follow-up of orders (shipping documents, invoices, certificates of origin, etc.). Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) and external partners (carriers, freight forwarders, customs). Guarantee compliance with delivery deadlines and contractual conditions. Monitor and resolve any disputes or customer claims. Maintain fluid and effective communication with international customers. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Export ADV processes.

Profile sought
Bac+2/3 in international trade, logistics management, or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international environment. Mastery of incoterms and customs regulations. Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of another foreign language is a plus. Good communication and negotiation skills. Sense of organization and administrative rigor. Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
