Assistant ADV Export M/F

Lynx RH Essonne, a recruitment agency specializing in CDI, CDD, and Interim, is searching for our client, an Assistant ADV Export M/F on an Interim basis near Evry (91).

Your missions

-Manage an export client portfolio from order to invoicing, with total autonomy. -Ensure the processing and follow-up of orders in compliance with deadlines and commitments. -Prepare export documents (incoterms, customs, letters of credit, invoices, packing lists). -Coordinate shipments with international carriers and freight forwarders. -Collaborate with logistics to organize deliveries under the best possible conditions. -Supervise invoicing, follow up on payments, and manage any potential credit notes. -Monitor order flows and report any anomalies or increases in activity. -Work in interface with internal departments (production, quality, accounting, etc.).

Profile sought

Bac+2 degree in international trade or logistics. 3 years of experience in export ADV management. Very good level in Excel: TCD, RECHERCHE V. Fluent English.
