Today, Lynx RH Annemasse is recruiting a Replenishment Planner (M/F) on a CDI contract in Thyez.

Your missions

• Complete management of the supplier portfolio: You manage purchase orders from creation to the receipt of parts, ensuring delivery within the specified deadlines.
• Monitoring supply lead times: You challenge and optimize delivery times, and ensure rigorous follow-up of orders (reminders, cancellations, postponements, etc.).

• Anticipation and management of deviations: You alert on the risk of delays that could impact production and customer satisfaction, in collaboration with the scheduling teams.
• Interface between suppliers and internal departments: You ensure fluid communication between different departments (supply chain, industrialization, purchasing) to guarantee process efficiency.

• Stock management and ERP data: You administer the stocks of purchased components, optimize the balance between cost/minimum order quantity (MOQ), and update data in the ERP.

Profile sought

• Education: Higher education in industrial logistics or Supply Chain.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Skills: You are rigorous, adaptable, and have a good team spirit. Proficiency in English is essential for this position.
• Benefits and conditions:
• Attractive remuneration: €30K to €35K gross annual, depending on the profile.
