The Company Our client is an agency specializing in the organization of tailor-made trips in Europe. As part of its business development, we are looking for a Tourism Production Officer.

Your Missions

Within a team organized by destinations, you are in charge of the design and follow-up of tailor-made trips. You intervene from the analysis of the client's needs until the group's return, ensuring the coordination of various service providers and the administrative and operational follow-up of files.

Your Main Responsibilities Design and Marketing of Stays

• Analyze requests from teachers and identify their needs;
• Design tailor-made travel programs;
• Prepare quotes based on budgets, group sizes, and stay objectives;
• Consult various service providers and negotiate services;
• Calculate prices and ensure compliance with margin objectives;
• Adjust proposals until their validation.

File Management and Follow-up

• Ensure the follow-up of files from confirmation until the group's return;
• Make reservations: transport, accommodation, host families, visits, activities...;
• Prepare the documents necessary for the smooth running of the stays;
• Anticipate potential difficulties and manage unforeseen events;
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and the quality of services.

Client and Partner Relations

• Accompany teachers throughout their project;
• Ensure a reactive and high-quality client relationship;
• Exchange daily in English with British partners;
• Develop and build loyalty within a network of service providers in Great Britain;
• Participate in satisfaction monitoring and quality control.

Offer Development

• Monitor British destinations;
• Follow developments related to formalities, transport, and tourist offers;
• Identify new accommodations, visits, activities, and partners;
• Participate in the creation of new programs and the enrichment of the existing offer.

Prerequisites

A human-sized company recognized in its field; An activity specialized in educational school trips; A versatile position combining production, client relations, negotiation, and coordination; A working environment based on trust and proximity; The opportunity to become a true expert on the Great Britain destination.

Profile Sought

With training in tourism, travel production, or an equivalent field, you ideally have a first experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or in group travel production. You possess excellent knowledge of Great Britain, and particularly England.

Mastery of English, both spoken and written, is indispensable in order to exchange daily with local partners. You are comfortable with IT tools and know how to manage several files simultaneously while respecting precise deadlines.
