Your missions: Advise and accompany customers in the choice and organization of their travels

• Perform reservations via Amadeus MB3M and ensure complete management of customer files
• Ensure administrative and commercial follow-up using Pack Office
• Communicate with ease in English with an international clientele
• Ensure customer satisfaction by proposing adapted and personalized solutions
