Your missions: ?? Your mission: transforming projects into industrial reality. You will be at the heart of projects, with a simple objective: Moving a product from design to production under the best conditions of quality, cost, deadline, and performance. And above all, not staying behind your screen! ??
?? Steering new projects??? Industrializing new products until their production launch. ?? Defining, testing, and optimizing manufacturing processes. ?? Structuring and securing technical data in the ERP. ?? Performing process risk analyses: AMDEC, validation plans... ?? Supporting teams during launches and securing production starts.
?? Your office? It can also be at the foot of a machine! Because an industrial process is not validated solely in front of a screen: ?? Performing trials, adjustments, and... Your profile: ?? Let's talk about you! You have a technical background (Bac+2 to Bac+5) and have at least 5 years of experience in industrialization, methods, or continuous improvement. Position open to technician profiles. You know how to move: ?? from a project schedule... ?? to a workshop trial... ?? then to a problem analysis... ?? and finally to a solution that works!
