Payroll Manager (M/F)

Lynx RH Lyon is recruiting for its client, an accounting firm located in the heart of the Lyon Presqu'île, a Payroll Manager as part of the firm's development. This firm supports a French and international clientele in the management and development of their activities. It is composed of about ten employees; you will evolve in a dynamic, caring, and multicultural environment and support international clients with all their social obligations in France.

Your missions: Management of a diversified portfolio composed mainly of VSEs, SMEs, as well as subsidiaries of international groups established in France: Preparation and updating of employment contracts and contractual amendments. Carrying out formalities related to hiring, notably the preliminary employment declarations (DPAE). Handling the affiliation of employees with pension, disability, and mutual insurance organizations, as well as the administrative follow-up of files. Production and control of payslips in compliance with social regulations. Preparation, verification, and transmission of social declarations (DSN). Follow-up of personnel administration throughout the employees' journey (hiring, evolution, absences, etc.). Management of employee departure procedures: calculation of final settlements, preparation of end-of-contract documents, and associated formalities. Ensuring social law monitoring to guarantee the compliance of practices and supporting clients with their HR issues. Providing advice on social management and labor law to a French and international clientele, by proposing solutions adapted to their needs. Your profile: Mastery of the entire payroll process and personnel administration Good knowledge of French social legislation Professional English in writing and speaking, allowing for exchange with an international clientele Rigor, organization, and autonomy Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of customer service Team spirit and desire to invest in a growing firm

Specialized training in payroll, human resources, or social law Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting firm or in a multi-convention environment
