Assistant / Assistant Sales Administration Manager (M/F)

Lynx RH Toulouse is recruiting for one of its clients, a Sales Administration Manager (M/F) profile on a CDI contract, for a position in the North of Toulouse (31660).

Your missions:

• Record and track customer orders, whether entered manually or received via EDI.
• Issue acknowledgments of receipt and conduct negotiation exchanges with customers.
• Participate in offer quoting activities and order reviews.
• Consult customer portals and report information related to customer satisfaction internally.
• Manage critical situations involving customers and production sites: delays, risk of shortages, recovery plans.
• Handle billing disputes with customers. Your profile:

You are used to working with an ERP or a CRM. Previous experience in a similar position in industry, ideally automotive / or at a manufacturer is required.

Advanced English level, capable of managing crisis situations by telephone. We wish to recruit an experienced person with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position. CDI contract, 38.5 h / week from Monday to Friday.
